What does "whole villa access" mean?

When you book even one room at Dawn Retreat, you get access to the entire property - building and surrounding. We will not take any other booking until your departure.

How many rooms are available?

We have 4 comfortable rooms, each with a double bed. All rooms are the same style and slightly vary in area. The villa also has 2 spacious bathrooms, common to all 4 rooms.

What is the pricing?

$80 per person per night (full board — all meals included). Two persons sharing a room is $100 per night. For the full villa (up to 8 guests), the rate is $400 per night.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 Noon. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged upon request, subject to availability.

Are meals included?

Yes! All meals are included — breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We also offer tea with fresh snacks throughout the day. We cook with love using locally sourced ingredients. No menus, no formality — just homemade Sri Lankan goodness.

Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes, we can arrange private transfers from Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA). The scenic journey takes approximately 4 hours through beautiful countryside.
